The role of a Commercial Account Executive is to manage and develop these commercial partner relationships.

To manage partnership and affiliate relationships and resulting activities for Vivup’s commercial partners in specified product areas across the business
Principal Duties

To manage partnership and affiliate relationships and resulting activities for Vivup’s commercial partners in specified product areas across the business

  • All aspects of daily management for the external commercial partners
  • Working closely with the Commercial Manager to devise and maintain effective commercial partnerships
  • Developing relationships with all designated commercial partners to maximise opportunities
  • Managing and developing internal routines and processes to allow effective execution of the partnership strategy and resulting project activity
  • Reporting on all partnership activities to the Commercial Manager to ensure that strategy and performance remain aligned
  • Work alongside the B2B and B2C Marketing Managers to ensure all products and offers are onboarded and presented on an ongoing basis to maximise a return in terms of client engagement and income streams from commissions, media pack promotions, volume rebates etc.


  • Partner management – developing Vivup external partnerships by agreeing working routines, ways of working, targets and reporting methods that enable Vivup to improve its overall profitability
  • Building relationships – develop relationships with the appropriate contacts across Vivup’s partner network to develop opportunities
  • Reporting – preparing and analysing the monthly partnership reports.
  • Understanding the customer – work with internal and external stakeholders to analyse the customer profiles and behaviours and develop strategies to grow performance across all Vivup product areas
  • Product development – identify propositional gaps and source potential partnerships that could allow Vivup to fill these gaps. Report back to the Commercial Manager to develop these relationships creating innovative solutions that will allow Vivup to continue to grow and lead the market
  • Working collaboratively – coordinate across all business functions internal and externally to execute projects that will enhance the Vivup proposition and customer experience.
  • Partner development – set, monitor and report on commercial partnership goals and
  • performance.
  • Risk management – identify risks and work with the Commercial Manager to identify solutions to mitigate these risks
  • Competitor analysis – regular reviewing of the marketplace, pricing structures, new products, and features
  • Backfill on other supply chain management – On occasion support colleagues managing other product areas, as well as managing key partners in the absence of the Commercial Manager

  • Customer service and/or commercial relationship management experience
  • Previous experience in a similar position, possibly from a competitor or company operating in a similar market or with similar methodology
  • Excellent relationship builder with experience managing accounts or relationships
  • Very good attention to detail with an understanding and experience of data analytics
  • A proven track record of cross function working to deliver complex projects with internal and external stakeholders


  • Very strong relationship manager who can easily break down barriers and work alongside a wide range of personalities getting the most out of people
  • Analytical and project management skills
  • Accuracy – high attention to detail and accuracy with ability to work independently to tight deadlines

· Take responsibility for own continuing professional development and keep up to date by reading relevant journals, attending networking meetings and relevant courses.

· Be a credible ambassador for the company at all times when communicating with external organisations so that the Company’s reputation is maintained, and best interests served.

· Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role as business needs require.

· Adherence to the requirements laid down in Vivup’s Business Management System for ISO9001 and ISO27001 accreditation.

Performance Review
