Junior Marketing Manager

Purpose

Manage, co-ordinate and implement all B2B and Partner driven marketing activities where applicable for Vivup in line with the marketing strategy

 Principal duties to include in conjunction with Partner & B2B Manager and B2B Marketing Support:

  • Manage the creation and publication of all B2B marketing material through all channels
  • Planning and implementing B2B promotional campaigns in collaboration with our partners and via media pack opportunities
  • Co-ordinating marketing support with sales activities, including sales collateral and exhibition/roadshow material
  • Maintaining control/reporting of the allocated B2B marketing budget

Specifically:

  1. CRM Programme:
  • Delivering CRM strategies to encourage cross selling, upselling and retention of incumbent employers
  • Delivering CRM strategies to develop lead generation for prospective employers – public and private sectors
  • Working with Dotmailer and internal resources to ensure we capture all required information at key points to communicate effectively
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities and report accordingly
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for acquisition, upselling and retention
  • Overseeing creative development of B2B EDM’s through the CRM, including messaging
  • Communicate information internally and with partners
  1. B2B Sales Support:
  • Develop and provide the appropriate sales material to support the sales department with lead generation and face to face meetings
  • Develop and provide material for all B2B exhibitions and roadshows
  1. Other responsibilities will include:
  • Liaising with external suppliers, including Dotmailer, printers, creative, design, web, blog and social media agencies to assist with the execution of projects
  • Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop lead generation strategies and ensuring the B2B website is kept up to date with content
  • To develop content for building awareness of the brand
  • Collating quotes for B2B marketing expenditure, approving invoices and tracking expenditure
  • Working with the B2B/Partner Marketing team including Partner & B2B Manager and B2B Marketing Support to create and manage the overall marketing calendar and ensuring B2B deadlines are met
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign results
  • Liaising with relevant departments and partners
  • Effectively proof read all collateral and ensure best practise is adhered to
  1. In addition, support the Senior Marketing Manager and/or Partner & B2B Manager with:
  • Developing new business strategies to find new markets, through new channels
  • PR – building awareness and reputation
  • Brand – support in the development of brand guidelines and policing of the brand
  • Market research – internal surveys or working with a market research agency, if appropriate
  • Product development – developing new initiatives to expand our offering

 General:

  • Take responsibility for own continuing professional development and keep up to date by reading relevant journals, attending networking meetings and relevant courses.
  • Be a credible ambassador for the company at all times when communicating with external organisations so that the Company’s reputation is maintained, and best interests served.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role as business needs require.

  • Good team player with a willingness to collaborate to achieve solutions
  • Accuracy – High attention to detail and accuracy with ability to work independently to tight deadlines
  • Systems ‐ MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Understanding of Dotmailer is useful
  • Experience with Lead Forensics would be good but not essential
  • Experience of Zoho and working with lead generation agencies also beneficial, but not essential

 Qualifications

Degree level or equivalent

1-2 years relevant experience
