Recognition and Reward Lead

Vivup are a leading employee benefits provider in the UK, working in partnership with Each Person Recognition and Reward.

Following rapid growth, we are looking to appoint a Recognition and Reward Lead to generate new business as part of the sales team.

The Ideal Candidate

· Proven sales experience in a client facing role, working in a product driven environment

· Actively owns their professional personal development and keeps up to date within the sector

· Previous familiarity in selling software solutions, ideally within the employee benefits and incentives / recognition and reward industries

· Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise busy workload in a fast-paced environment

· Understand client needs, selling the benefits of our products and identifying enhancements to address customer and market requirements

· Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, appointment setting and closing business as well as with the ability to confidently and professionally present in front of large audiences

Key Responsibilities

· Generating and progressing leads from within an existing base of clients, direct enquiries received and external prospects to exceed allocated targets

· To ensure the business maintains and expands its market share and act as an ambassador

· To accurately update Zoho CRM with the required level of detail to support sales performance

· To work collaboratively with peers in the sales team, sharing insight, approaches and market knowledge as appropriate to deliver team goals

· Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role as business needs require

· To exceed allocated targets.


· Excellent communication skills coupled with the demonstrated ability to network and build strong business relationships. Articulate both on the phone and face to face with effective writing skills

· Highly organised to maximise opportunities and ensure efficient diary management

· Good knowledge of Systems – MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoho CRM


A Level standard or equivalent experience
