We have a dedicated Account Manager who has supported us at launch events and continues to assist with portal updates, communications, visits and employee fairs on site. We have regular meetings to discuss management information and performance of the service in line with our SLA and contractual arrangements. They are always available if we have a query.
Some colleagues have complex scenarios that Vivup have been able to support either over the phone or via face to face services. Vivup have supported with guides which colleagues can download from the portal (these have been very useful for managers too). Vivup have shared the data with us which has been really useful to then determine whether further work is required and therefore we have planned in further training sessions, for example specifically around managing colleagues with specific health conditions (mental health).
We get a lot of help with communicating the Vivup benefits to all staff groups especially with leaflets and information. We have asked Vivup to support with bespoke courses to help develop managers. At every opportunity colleagues tell me that they don’t know what they would have done if we had not signposted them to Vivup.
