The counsellors assigned to your organisation can also facilitate structured telephone counselling, should a client prefer this method of support.
Virtual Clinic & Online/Digital Counselling
Virtual Clinic counselling offers a robust and reliable way for our counsellors to connect to clients via secure video link. Clients and counsellors can connect from any device (tablet or mobile phone). Virtual Clinic enables clients to carry on with the face to face approach, but from the comfort of their own home or any location they choose.
Face to Face Counselling
Vivup counsellors and Psychotherapists have a variety of clinical training and expertise and clients will be allocated to counsellors who have the clinical training and experience that best meets the client presentation. Clients who would benefit from particular interventions will be offered an appointment with a suitable clinician i.e. CBT. We can also deliver a virtual clinic alternative to this service.
